  • Blocks of time are purchased in advance
  • End of day reports given
  • NineOne support portal access for users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues
  • Handle RMAs, shipping and replacements

NineOne Remote Support Contract

  • Pre-purchased blocks of time
  • Remote connect software
  • Minimum time billed is 15 minutes
  • Followup via NineOne helpdesk portal
