We take support concierge seriously and remotely onboard and offboard staff in a timely efficient manner through our online ticketing system. These packages are billed monthly and provide time logs and ticket notes for billing. Support packages are outlined in the Support services page above.

Office 365 Concierge Services Contracts
As an early adopter of the first Office 365 pilot project from Microsoft, BPOS (Business Productivity Online Services) we have walked with Microsoft and their Online ecosystem for 8 years. We perform migrations for Office 365 and assessments to prep for readiness to move to the Microsoft cloud. The support and onboarding of staff and business let us take care of: new employees, policies, password management as well as permissions, other setup software and remote access software.
