- Blocks of time are purchased in advance
- End of day reports given
- NineOne support portal access for users
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues
- Handle RMAs, shipping and replacements
NineOne Remote Support Contract
- Pre-purchased blocks of time
- Remote connect software
- Minimum time billed is 15 minutes
- Followup via NineOne helpdesk portal
